Non-Profit Status

Independent Entity Disclosure

Paradise Point Auxiliary is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. While our mission is to support local fire services and community safety, we are a separate legal entity from any municipal, county, or state fire department or government body. We do not perform fire suppression or emergency medical services.


Giving

Donation & Refund Policy

All financial contributions are processed via PayPal. Because donations are immediately put to use for community programs:

  • No Refunds: All donations are final and non-refundable.
  • Tax Receipts: You will receive a tax-compliant receipt via the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Photos & Video

Media Release

By attending our events or volunteering, you grant Paradise Point Auxiliary the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, including our website and social media, to highlight our community impact and fundraising efforts.


Safety

Waiver & Liability

Participation in community events or volunteer activities is strictly voluntary and at your own risk. Paradise Point Auxiliary shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from your participation in our programs or your presence at our events.
